Professional experience

With over 14 years' experience in CRM systems administration, I've had the opportunity to work on a range of projects in a variety of sectors. My expertise includes the implementation, management and optimisation of CRM systems to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Here is an overview of my most recent experiences:

CRM Administrator Veeva Salesforce

April 2016 - Today

As Global Administrator for Sigvaris, I was responsible for the migration and integration of data between ERP and Salesforce/Veeva CRM for countries such as France, Germany and Austria. I also coordinated a team of local administrators across several countries and strengthened the security of the CRM systems.

SAP CRM Manager

January 2010 - April 2016

Still at Sigvaris, I managed projects involving the configuration and application support for the SAP CRM module, particularly for the sales and marketing departments. I also took part in cross-functional SAP activities and in writing technical documentation. Training

I hold a Master Pro in "Management Sciences, specialising in Project Management" from the Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse/SERFA, and have completed my training with specialist certifications in CRM systems management, in particular Veeva CRM and Salesforce. Here are some of my training courses:
