Career start : Self-taught Web Developer

March 2009 - June 2008: Freelance Web Developer (Logic OS)

My career began thanks to my passion for computers. As an autodidact, I learned the basics of web development and soon began working as a freelancer. I designed and developed software functionalities around the Joomla CMS for various clients such as Alsasys, Foire Expo de Mulhouse, France 3 and the Communauté des communes de Saint-Amarin. This experience enabled me to develop my skills in consulting, training and technical support.

March 2009 - December 2009: Web Developer (SDV Plurimédia)

I then joined SDV Plurimédia, where I was involved in developing functionalities around a custom CMS for the online press. This position reinforced my skills in web development and technical project management.

Transition to CRM: SAP and Salesforce

January 2010 - April 2016: SAP CRM Manager (Sigvaris)

My transition to the world of CRM began at Sigvaris. As SAP CRM Manager, I was in charge of managing the SAP CRM module, including project management, parameterization of the customer relations software package, as well as application support and assistance. I contributed to the implementation of the integrated telephony solution and the management of marketing campaigns. My work enabled the SAP CRM Interaction Center to be put into production, optimizing business processes for Customer Services.

Veeva CRM expertise: Global Administrator

April 2016 - Present: Veeva Salesforce CRM Administrator (Sigvaris)

Since April 2016, I have held the position of Veeva Salesforce CRM Administrator at Sigvaris. My main role is to manage the migration and integration of data between ERP and Salesforce/Veeva CRM for several countries. I coordinated a team of local administrators and the migration to Veeva CRM, while reinforcing system security by implementing MFA and SSO.

Among my notable achievements, I have contributed to the optimization of databases, the implementation of data backup solutions, and the creation of reports and dashboards for operational managers and Top Management. These initiatives have significantly improved operational efficiency and data quality within the organization.

  • 2020: Vault Platform Fundamentals certification, Business and System Admin
